This aperitif is made in our distillery in Sarlat, right at the heart of Black Perigord. Our recipe includes a delicate composition of infusions of gentian and other plants.

The blend is characterized by a delightful bitterness, intense freshness and lingering aromatic notes.

To be served fresh as an aperitif or with a dash of crème de cassis.
