Alcohol for fruits

The Distillerie du Périgord uses all its expertise for selecting this alcohol for fruit.

Cocktail cherry recipe:          

Take 500 grams of best Morello cherries, wash them, dry them and remove their stalks. Place the Morello cherries in a one-litre jar.       

Add 40 cl of alcohol for fruit and leave to macerate for 3 weeks, ensuring you turn the jar over every week.       

At the end of this period, add 100 grams of sugar, a dash of kirsch, a pinch of cinnamon and coriander, then leave to macerate for six months before tasting. Enjoy them with a scoop of ice cream or on their own in a still-warm coffee cup.
