Walnut Liqueur

Walnut husk offers it exceptional character and colour.
The walnuts are harvested on St. John’s Day (Midsummer’s day), then crushed and left to macerate for a long time in alcohol.
To be served drizzled over ice cream or as a coulis to accompany fine desserts.
