Red mullet with Lapouge Pastis®

ingredients (serves 2 )

  • 6 red mullet fillets
  • Lapouge pastis
  • fresh cream
  • freshly-ground salt and pepper

Recipe steps


Brown the red mullet fillets in a pan,
Deglaze with the Lapouge Pastis,
Add a soupspoon of fresh cream,
Reduce then spoon over the fillets.
